I broke ChatGPT

Well it felt like that.

Yesterday it got really slow. Then came the errors. Then it crashed.

No warning — just froze and died mid-convo.

Why?

I’m guessing it’s because I was running all of Northstar inside one thread: strategy, marketing, client ops, tech experiments, content planning.

All mashed together. Bloated, laggy, eventually useless.

So I asked ChatGPT to summarise everything into categories, created 3 new chats under a “Projects” folder — one for operations and growth, one for geeking technical stuff, one for content and messaging — and set a rule: if I go off-topic in a chat, it tells me to switch.

Anyway.. thought id share. Hope it works.

Chur!
