Got it on Tuesday.

This week:
– Ran our first discovery call
– Locked in a 10-step delivery process (might be too many…)
– Built the Notion template to run projects cleanly
– Clarified team roles so everyone owns their lane
– Captured the final round of first-user feedback on Northstar
– First inbound lead through my website
– Got invited to speak on a podcast
