No one gives a sh*t about your system if they didn’t help build it.

I used to build systems alone. No one followed them.

Why?

Because they weren’t built by the people doing the work.

Your team knows the job better than you.

They know what actually happens - not what’s you think is happening..

If they help build the system, they’ll use it.

If they don’t, they won’t.

Simple.

And if they can build systems - now you’ve got weapons, not just workers.
