Ole mate Dunning-Kruger
Over the past (almost) 4 years running Slate Studio I have witnessed the Dunning-Kruger effect first hand. Over and over..
The Dunning-Kruger effect is a phenomenon in which people who don't know much about something think they know more than they really do (hand up), while people who know a lot about something underestimate their skills.
Having ole mate Dunning-Kruger by my side throughout my journey this far, I realise and am often reminded of two things;
1. How much I just don't know… and that's allgood. There's magic in the rookies advantage.. Just don't sit there Nick. 💪
2. I actually have picked up a bunch of useful skills along the way. Keep stacking skills Nick. 🧠
I've recently spent time thinking about competency. I've noticed 4 Phases which ill share another time.
The future looks bright team.
